Terms of Use — radoco.co and Internet Services

1. Acceptance
These Terms of Use govern your use of radoco.co, its localised versions, the RADOCO Support Community and any other online service operated by RADOCO GmbH ("RADOCO", "we"). By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Use of the site
You may browse the site and use its services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce or distribute site content except as expressly permitted, interfere with the operation or security of the site, or use it to send unsolicited messages.
3. Community content
The RADOCO Support Community lets you post questions, replies and tips without an account. You are responsible for what you post. Do not post content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, infringing, misleading, commercial spam, or that contains other people's personal data. By posting you grant RADOCO a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and moderate your content on the site. RADOCO may remove any content and block posting at its discretion. Community content reflects the views of its authors, not of RADOCO, and is not a substitute for the product manual or professional advice.
4. Purchases
radoco.co does not sell products directly. Purchases made through Amazon.ae are subject to Amazon's terms; RADOCO's Sales & Support Policies and Hardware Guarantee apply to the products themselves.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the site — text, images, product renders, logos, code and design — is owned by or licensed to RADOCO and protected by copyright and trademark law. RADOCO and the RADOCO logo are trademarks of RADOCO GmbH.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The site is provided "as is". We work to keep information accurate, but specifications, prices and availability can change and errors can occur. To the extent permitted by law, RADOCO excludes all warranties about the site and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The site links to third-party sites, including Amazon.ae. RADOCO does not control and is not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms at any time by publishing the new version here; the "Updated" date shows the current version.
