Built responsibly. Checked twice.
From the drawing board in Nuremberg to your kitchen counter, every RADOCO appliance passes through people and processes we know by name.

It starts in Nuremberg.
Product definition, industrial design and specification are done by our team in Nuremberg. Every model is defined around one question: what would make this simpler, safer and more durable than what is already on the market? Titanium blades, borosilicate glass, stainless steel bodies — the materials are chosen before the shape.

Fewer factories. Deeper relationships.
RADOCO appliances are built by a small number of specialised manufacturing partners in Guangzhou, China, where our own team is based. We prefer long partnerships to the lowest quote: partners are visited in person, audited on working conditions, safety and environmental practice, and expected to meet our Supplier Code of Conduct as a condition of doing business.

Fair work, at every step.
Our Supplier Code of Conduct requires legal working hours and wages, freedom from forced or child labour, safe workplaces, and a way for workers to raise concerns without fear. Findings from audits are tracked to closure; partners that do not correct serious issues do not stay partners.

Tested before it ships. Tested again when it lands.
Every production batch is inspected against the specification before it leaves the factory — electrical safety, temperature, noise, blade balance, coating adhesion — and sampled again at our regional warehouses. Products are built to the applicable safety and electromagnetic-compatibility requirements of the markets they are sold in.

What touches your food matters.
Food-contact parts use 304 stainless steel, borosilicate glass, titanium-coated blades and BPA-free plastics. Non-stick coatings are PFOA-free. We are working with partners to increase recycled content in steel and packaging without compromising durability — because the most sustainable appliance is the one you keep for a decade.

Less air, less plastic.
Packaging is sized to the product to cut shipping volume, uses recyclable corrugated board and moulded pulp where it can replace foam, and is printed with soy-based inks. In the UAE, products are stocked and delivered by Amazon.ae, which consolidates shipments across the country.

Designed to be repaired, not replaced.
Filters, seals, bowls, jars, blades and lids are available as spare parts so a single worn component does not retire a whole appliance. The 18-month guarantee — 2 years on the Retro line — is backed by a service team that answers within two business days.
Ten countries. One standard.
Headquarters in Nuremberg, our sourcing team in Guangzhou, a regional branch in Dubai, and branches or authorised dealers in the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Iran, Iraq, Syria and Egypt.
Supplier Code of Conduct
The full code — labour, health and safety, environment, ethics and management systems — is available to partners, customers and auditors on request.
