Sales & Support Policies

1. Where RADOCO products are sold
In the United Arab Emirates, RADOCO appliances are sold and shipped by Amazon.ae. radoco.co does not process payments; "Buy" buttons on this site open the corresponding Amazon.ae listing, and your purchase is subject to Amazon's Conditions of Use and privacy notice as well as to these policies. In other countries, RADOCO products are available through authorised dealers listed on our dealership page.
2. Prices and availability
Prices shown on radoco.co are in UAE dirhams (AED), include VAT, and are indicative — the price charged is the one shown on Amazon.ae at checkout. Products marked "Not available" are not listed on Amazon.ae at the moment; their specifications are shown for information only.
3. Delivery
Delivery times, fees and tracking for Amazon.ae orders are set by Amazon — typically 1–3 days across the UAE. RADOCO does not ship directly to consumers in the UAE.
4. Returns and refunds
Returns of Amazon.ae orders are handled by Amazon under its returns policy. Independently of that, every RADOCO appliance is covered by the RADOCO Hardware Guarantee. Nothing in these policies limits your statutory rights under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection or, for purchases in the EU, your rights under EU consumer law.
5. Support
Free support is available for the life of your product by email at info@radoco.co, by phone on +971 54 451 2611 (Dubai, Sunday–Thursday 9:00–18:00), through the contact form, and through the RADOCO Community. Guarantee claims are handled through the warranty form.
6. Out-of-guarantee repairs and spare parts
After the guarantee period, or for damage not covered by it, RADOCO service may offer a repair or spare parts at a quoted price. You will receive a quote before any work is done and can decline it.
7. Safety and recalls
If a safety issue is ever identified with a RADOCO product, we will publish the details and remedy in the RADOCO Newsroom and on the Support page, and contact registered owners directly.
