The RADOCO guarantee: 18 months on every appliance, 2 years on the Retro line

Every new RADOCO appliance bought from Amazon.ae or an authorised dealer is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for 18 months. Products in the Retro line — the RD-LT3300 toaster, RD-LK1309 kettle, RD-LE6400 espresso machine, RD-LB4005 blender and the kettle & toaster sets — are covered for 2 years.

To register, or to make a claim, use the warranty form on radoco.co: name, phone number, model number, a short description and, ideally, a photo. Keep the Amazon.ae order confirmation as proof of purchase. The service team replies within two business days.

Not covered: normal wear, consumables such as filters and seals, and damage from misuse, limescale or repairs by third parties. The full terms are in the Legal section.
