Inside RADOCO's quality process: tested before it ships, tested again when it lands

How every production batch is checked against the specification — twice — before an appliance reaches a customer.

Inside RADOCO's quality process: tested before it ships, tested again when it lands

A RADOCO appliance is inspected at two points on its way to a customer. The first is at the manufacturing partner, before a batch leaves the factory: electrical safety, operating temperature, noise, blade balance on choppers and blenders, and coating adhesion on air fryer baskets are measured against the specification written in Nuremberg.

The second is at the regional warehouse, where units are sampled from each shipment and run again. A batch that fails either check does not go on sale.

"The specification is the contract," the RADOCO sourcing team in Guangzhou explains. "Our job is to make sure that what comes off the line is what was drawn — every time, not just for the first sample."

The full picture — design, manufacturing partners, materials, packaging and service — is on the new Supply Chain page.
